  • Peter Conroy

    Director

    Peter started his investment property journey 20 years ago, and has since overseen the purchase and sale of over 1400 investment properties as well as growing his own substantial portfolio; He is always happy to share his experiences (good & bad) with clients to assist them on their journey. His passions outside of the office are his family, food and Rugby… and of course his pets, Ralphy, Roxy & Monty.

  • Lisa Thirlaway

    Sales Director

    Lisa started her property career at the age of 16, where she started working for a new home’s developer, she then progressed to working as a sales negotiator for one of the North Easts largest estate agent and has worked her way to a Sales Director. Her 24 years of knowledge in the industry has helped thousands of property investors to achieve their goals. Lisa is real property enthusiast. In her spare time, she enjoys horse riding and spending time with family.

  • Callum Conroy

    Senior Property Consultant

    Since relocating back to the UK from the South of France Callum has also been heavily involved in property and comes with a wealth of knowledge when it comes to property investment, having dealt with High Net worth clients in Monaco. Out of the office Callum enjoys going to the Gym.

  • Selina Shearer

    Operations Manager

    Since joining the team Selina ensures that the conveyancing side of the business runs smoothly. There’s nothing that Selina doesn’t know when it comes to sales progression since she had her own conveyancing legal firm for 10 years. Selina definitely goes above and beyond to enable a hassle-free sales process. Selina enjoys spending time at her holiday lodge when she is not at the office.

  • Laura Harrison

    Business Development Director (Designate)

    Laura has spent many years within the property industry sourcing and securing properties for clients. Lauras primary role is to develop and sustain new business opportunities and relationships with developers agents and investors, offering appraisals, evaluation, and sales for all property nationwide and specialising in buy to let.

  • Lesley Coates

    Finance and Compliance Manager

    Lesley takes care of all our finance and compliance and has over 15 years’ experience working in Finance. When Lesley gets the opportunity, she loves to visit Whitby as this is her favourite place.

  • Shauna Logan-Summers

    Office Manager

    Shauna is the office manager and has worked here for 7 years. She loves animals and enjoys completing fitness challenges with her gym group.

  • Olivia Leonard

    Receptionist

    Olivia is our front of house receptionist and is currently doing a level 2 business admin apprenticeship.
